About 6-8 months ago I checked when season 8 would start and it was the end of January and I remember thinking just before the superbowl, I might not get to see it if I go on vacation. So around December I think a trailer came out or some news about it and then it suddenly moved to the end of March, it was the last weekend in March so I was getting excited around mid month this month. Now I look at the air dates and I see 4/8 and 4/14 and those dates are just from searched today. So when the hell is it?

Truthfully I'd say there's a 70/30 chance I won't watch any of it (higher chance of not watching). They seem to be toying with fans and I really couldn't care less anymore.

Come on - you care enough to keep checking the dates and to post here about your frustrations.

I think it starts on the 14th April.

Spolier - The blacksmith becomes king - Robert Baratheon's bastard, John Snow and Danny get slaughtered. Cersie gets roasted. The Night King and his armies turns out to be the work of the 3 eyed Raven and Bran stops them.

So you want watch it because they moved the initial dates up 3 months? Toying with fans? Isn't one episode the longest battle scene in history?

I'd imagine that they're moving dates because last minute editing and not to screw with fans..

In any case, not sure how you could miss the final conclusion season if you've been watch game of thrones for years...

When and where was the final season ever officially advertised as Jan?

I know the answer to that question, it's never, but want to see what you say.

Hell, the first teaser for it didn't come until Jan 13th and it was at that point when they officially announced the final season premiere date of April 14.

www.theverge.com...

Notice how on in this article it states that HBO announced April as the month of return. Yah, that never had changed.

Naaa.

GRRM will have some sort of sob story revolving John and Dany. Death is too easy and permanent.

One or both.

Incest isn't going to have a happy ending.

Incest to start the story, incest to end.

GRRM may have some issues.

Some people are just A-holes. In this case however i think it was a poor attempt at a joke/guess. Doesnt seem very likely.

This serie has taken waaaaaay to long to finish, and the story/plot itself has been dragged out througout the series.
Still a good serie and worth a watch, but it could have been better if the focus hadnt been on attracting more viewers, and making it as long as possible, so they could malk the money cow. But that is how life is, and atleast we are nearing the end, and can get some closure on this whole thing.

The last couple of years i have only started watching series, that has allready finished. Two years between episodes is just to long time to wait!

You forgot to tell him that bran is the reason the mad king went mad and tyrion also loses a hand like his brother. I wont spoil how.

Are you kidding? I haven't heard that. Sounds amazing so long as they get the guy that made the battle of the basterds fight.

First two episodes will be the shortest at 54,58 minutes.

It does make me wonder if he wrote an out to the situation.

After they arrived at Dragonstone. What's her face said her people had no concept of what a bastard is or marriage.
