I'm heading in to the hospital soon and should know some more results from the ct scan and mri she had done late yesterday.

I'll keep updating as I know more.

Again, much appreciation to everyone for their ongoing support and prayers ...

I'm don't know how I missed this thread, but I hope she recovers quick with no lingering issues. Falls down stairs can be real scary, it's amazing just how much damage even a short flight of them can cause

Great news !

Linda has been taken off sedation and woken up !

She had the breathing tube removed had some physio and her eyes are open and she recognised my Son and I !!

She is still suffering from confusion and wanted to get up!

She still has paralysis on her left side but the fracture in her spine is not a real issue ... and there is no need for an operation to relieve pressure on her brain.

She needed to be sedated again as she was determined to get up !

I am so very happy !!

The prayers and thoughts and wishes from everyone has worked !!

We still have a long way to go but I feel we are out of the woods ...

Thank you all so very much for being there with me through this very scary episode in my life.

I will still update on her progress ...

Thank you all again. I can't express my gratitude enough !!

Great news that about time we had good news on ats.

We still have a long tough road to travel, with no guarantees.

But it is a road I am happy to travel with her.

The support we have been afforded by my ATS family is an astounding revelation as to the humanity and love this community possess and share when times are tough for one of our family ...
