Jackson was and is (most likely) innocent.

The sheer volume of people calling for his name to be continuously dragged through the dirt is pretty amazing. I'm not someone who is blind to the idea that there are plenty of weirdos and ne'erdowells in hollywood, but I do not believe there is sufficient evidence at ALL for Michael Jackson to be one of them.

Sure, he did some strange things like hang out with kids, but it's only strange to us. If you listened to his music or knew what he was about, it's really not all that surprising. Furthermore, if you knew his history and upbringing, mixed with even a highschool rudimentary understanding of psychology, it would make sense. But then again, the average IQ in America today is less than 100, so it's really not all too surprising that the masses cannot see through the baiters out there.

Here's a couple videos from a guy I love to listen to on the 'tube. He knows the cases in and out, and presents thusly; the evidence is none. The conjecture is mere heresay. The witnesses are just looking for money. The timetables are contradictory. End of story.

Your title would suggest there is a possibility still though and no one can be certain unless you were there, both sides of the case have believability (did not want to use credibility), we know people will try to tarnish someone with wealth for a payout, we know that Jacko had some different/strange lifestyles, we also know he has previously paid out a sum of money in relation to these types of accusations.

I only hope for the children that were around him the accusations are not true.

if you would watch the videos you would know the payout was for a civil case, not a criminal case. And those two cases were happening at the same time. The defense asked the court to push the civil case till after the criminal, so they would not have to fight two battles at the same time, to which the court denied pushing the date. They paid out because they wanted to focus on the criminal case.

And my father has been a police chief most of my life, and a prosecutor when necessary. He told me that people who allege sexual misconduct who accept payouts are only there for money, and the misconduct most likely never took place.

There are exceptions, of course.

And also, yes, there will always be a "maybe". In the US we rule on suspicion of reasonable doubt, but there's always room in the grey.

Being this is in the history section, am I the only one who entered expecting a thread on Andrew Jacksons slave ownership?

I would say there was something wrong with him, and I would not say he is likely innocent. I would say there does not appear to be any evidence of wrongdoing though.

So ur Dads a police chief that's awesome you are not unfortunately but okay so your dad says it's fake well my cop friend who was LAPD when they served one of the warrants on Jacksons house said if we the people saw the disgusting lil kid toys and bloody underwear Jackson hoarded they would not still be playing his songs on the radio. He told me this because I just happened to ask what he thought of the docu and hes one of the most upstanding people I've ever met. Hes not a dirty cop not one bit if anything hes like Andy from Andy Griffith only no wear near as dopey. Anyway man I'm also an example of such bs. So that's also y I'm here to tell u. I was molested at age 4 possibly only one time and that one time haunted me in MY DREAMS and only my dreams would I c this happening over and over again but the person who did it to me was someone close so it had to he a dream right? I hope it IS true because that would mean it was more of an isolated incident with Jackson who is now dead, rather than the larger network we sometimes see hints of in the shadows from the corner of our minds eye...

I go back and forth on this one. Depending of course on what source of propaganda I am either watching or reading....

However, I will say that I find I must revert back to a person being "innocent until proven guilty". And there was a criminal trial and the man was acquitted despite the FBI and SB prosecuter Tom Sneddon having a hard on for MJ....

They wanted so badly to 'get' MJ and they had literally, NOTHING. After 10 yrs and a public lynching and criminal trial they couldn't get the man on a single count of wrong doing.

As a survivor of similar abuse that these two accusers allege - I act nothing like them. In fact, I have ZERO desire to share my details and never have wanted to. With anyone. Ever. NOt even my shrink.

I acknowledge I was abused and I don't blame myself and it's cringy and I have no need to relive the details with anyone.

Not every one is the same.

So, when people claim that these 2 accusers (safechuck and Robson) are displaying "typical" behavior of survivors I know from real life experience with this that they don't behave like I do or ever have.

When I discovered I was being abused, I never went near that freak again. At a much younger age than those two I was able to figure out that perv was bad news.


Aside from that. There are far more personal friends and people who spent time with MJ that never witnessed any such behavior as Robsonn and Safechuck allege.

Pedos likely can't behave around any child they are around, given the opportunity.

So in the context of MJ's very public life, he has very few people accusing him of these things.

And, the motivation in all cases does appear to be MONEY.
