It's not really "the Left". It's the establishment machine. The FBI is part of that machine. If Bernie had somehow knocked Hillary out in the primary and won the general election, these same ass holes would be investigating Bernie's ties with actual communists and his wife's college scandal/fraud coming up with a way to get him out. They'd be nearly as happy tanking him as Trump. They used McCain to distribute the dossier and bring it to the FBI. They'd have used a Dem to tank Bernie.
