Dems in GA Create Legislation That Would Require Men To Report Every Release

Well, Not sure how to take this one. I think it would be awesome if the Republicans in GA abstained from voting and this actually passed. Can you imagine the political chaos that would cause.

Georgia bill would require men to report every release of sperm to officers

HB 604 would amend Chapter 1 of Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia so that "any male 55 years of age or older shall immediately report to the county sheriff or local law enforcement agency when such male releases sperm from his testicles."


The bill was sponsored by five female Democratic representatives, including Rep. Dar'Shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia).

Kendrick made waves online after she tweeted she intended to introduce a "testicular bill of rights" that would seek to regulate male sex organs. It was in response to the House's passage of HB 481, dubbed the "heartbeat abortion bill," that would ban abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected - usually at around 6 weeks.

so why randomly every man 55 and older lol? and wont this tie up phone lines for emergency services (police) like almost indefinitely. aren't there like rules about asking kids about how often they beat their meat? i mean if they are under 18 isnt that a bit invasive? throw in the trolls who will call in just for amusement sake horny teens and nocturnal emissions ga cops would be busy as all hell if this manages to pass (it wont)

I'm pretty sure there is no intention of passing this or even voting on it.

I believe it's intention is to send a message of the overly restrictive legislation on abortions and women's rights over their bodies.

No one is going to end abortions by making them harder to get, you're just going to drive them into basements and hotel rooms. But on the other hand, allowing abortions into the 9th month or post birth is equally extreme as outlawing them.

Though the democrats do come off has hypocritical seeing as they like to try and legislate every other portion of our lives.

Unfortunately, this has become the state of politics. It's one extreme or the other. Our lawmakers are unable to have civil productive conversations anymore.
