You are making false assumptions. They should give him a lie detector test and they should also give the two brothers the test.

I am interested in truth not your internet gotcha games.

It shows very much that you will not say if you would like all three of them to take a fair and legit lie test somehow.

Seems like everyone should be on board with the idea yet all i have really got is EXCUSES and DEFLECTION.

Read the thread. That has already been discussed.

what is that?
the inadmissibility of your "lie tests" in an actual court?
or the fact that you lack the basic understanding of how the criminal justice system works?
or the fact that the fbi is investigating jussie for staging a terrorist attack?

Read the thread!

I have, it's not my fault it's an unintelligible mess, that's on you.

The fbi is investigating the letter.

Correct, they are working in conjunction with the United States Postal Inspectors and is completely separate from the false reporting of the beating and the, "this MAGA country," report he made to the Chicago PD.

You can't even keep your own nonsense straight.

He did not make false statements. The two incidents may be linked more than you want to let on.

Do you think the three should undergo a lie detector test even if they have to volunteer for it?

You are continuing to protect the guilty by attacking myself and refusing to give your opinion.

It is just deflection tactics by you.

You are scared the brothers would fail the test.

You are making false assumptions.

no your posts highlight the fact that you have no grasp of the criminal justice system
your suggestion of "lie tests" is fact 1

They should give him a lie detector test and they should also give the two brothers the test.

who is they and why?
you understand there is no credence given of such witchcraft in an actual court of law?
the courts recognize no such truth from you said "lie tests"

It shows very much that you will not say if you would like all three of them to take a fair and legit lie test somehow.

when the court does not recognize them why would I?

Seems like everyone should be on board with the idea yet all i have really got is EXCUSES and DEFLECTION.

that is because your idea is preposterous and is being called out as such

Stop deflecting and answer the question.

The fbi does have the ability to give them the test.

You do realize the mods will remove what has drifted from thread content, right? My points feed that your OP has such a poor foundation of argument, that all of the puny details that are less relevant (which you're hanging on) are of the most meaningless and wasteful variety. Christ... investigations aren't free, especially FBI ones, so this is essentially an adult day care level of debate.

I suppose if they wore a maga hat in the murder you would be cool with it though.

Yeah... that's your presumptuous finger pointing that I quoted...

Not to mention, I only brought up the ignoring of murders, since you put another member under the "what if" microscope by drifting off subject...

a reply to: UncleTomahawk

Yeah... that's the removal of your own post in your own OP...

Is it odd that I supposedly deflected from your OP, or that a deflector of their own OP is unsure as to what deflection is?

People keep posting here on the hopes even the smallest of knowledge will unite, as most posting here are damn sure you won't make a thread in the near future that indicates how much of a waste this thread and subject content. If all people have to stand on is their posts within the current times, then the posts are nothing more than a marker of opinion.

If anyone ever peruses my account and reads the archives, I want them to read just how wasteful and self serving proposal you have presented before the ATS community. Not all acts of others are sourced around your beliefs, okay?

The brothers stated on gma this morning that the check was for nutrition and training.

Now there is zero solid proof that jussie paid for this crime to take place.

www.hg.org...

Though called lie detectors, the reality is that a polygraph machine does not have any capacity for detecting the truth or falsity of a statement.

why would anyone give a test not recognized?

www.legalmatch.com...

Some states, like New York and Texas, forbid their use completely in all employment and law enforcement contexts.

why would you advocate for a forbidden test to be given?
unless you simply do not understand what you are asking about?
I think that is the most likely answer.

funny you seek "lie tests"

The brothers stated on gma this morning that the check was for nutrition and training.

you should know by now the more specific the claim the easier to prove false

Then please give the regulations that dictate when the FBI can use a lie detector test, and if that test can be used in a criminal trial.

You and classic out of context statements.

Experts can already tell from Smollett’s body language he is lying.

Body Language Expert: Jussie Smollett’s GMA Interview Had Plenty of Obvious Warning Signs
ALBERTO LUPERON FEB 21, 2019 4:20 PM

lawandcrime.com...

He displayed signs of obvious lying, Driver told Law&Crime Network host Ashley Willcott. For one, he seemed way too happy when describing the alleged assault, Driver said.

“We saw something as simple as him saying he has respect for people who are victims of any type of violence, and he goes, ‘and now I’m one of those victims,'” she said. “‘I’m one of those victims.’ As he lies, he smiles across his face with enthusiasm. We never saw fear and sadness.”

Another thing Driver took issue with was Smollett’s description of the alleged assault. When people describe attacks, they tend to turn and show where it came from, she said. Smollett didn’t.

I will give you all some time to come up with your excuses as to why it does not matter the two have admitted the check was for nutrition and training.

Go ahead and do your spinning and deflection without myself.

I think the law you’re citing pertains to sex crimes.
