Spring is really Winter II

This is the first winter that schools were cancelled due to the cold. Not a flake of snow on the ground two weeks ago, but very cold. They were worried about kids walking to school or waiting for a bus in the low temps and wind chill.
My poor pathetic dog looks out the patio doors and says, "mom, the sun is shining. It's gonna be warm. Let me out." Then I open the door. He promptly turns around and gets back in his bed in front of the fireplace . Deceitful sun.

Forgotten Coast, Emerald Coast, Big Bend, Nature Coast, Suncoast, Paradise Coast, etc is what I meant, since you already said Gulf
