A likely explanation for the drooping eye is a thing called Horner's Syndrome. It is a usually congenital syndrome causing 3 symptoms called ptosis, miosis and anhydrosis. It causes no other problems and no ready fix. If a person has the condition they should carry a medical alert because the miosis can cause a notable difference in pupil size between the two eyes (anisocoria) which is a symptom of a skull fracture and if the medicos don't know of the syndrome they may well start drilling holes in the skull to reduce nonexistent brain swelling. I know all this because I have it.

They all just look like shiners, and given the fact that the population is predominantly right handed it seems about right that a left eye impact point would be a common blow for people with big mouths 😁
