Depending on your location and local rules... you could consider making some yourself.
OK.. the 10+ years.. you will have to be a little patient..

But there is no rule that you can not taste some in the time between.
And don't forget the fun, learning experience and popularity you get among friends.

I made myself a distillation set from simpel materials, and make small batches from time to time.

Not enough to fill large oak barrels.. but you can also put the oak into the bottle!

Anyway, that was my 40 (per) Cent .. Have a good search!

Here is a nice serie about the process:

But on a serious note, slowly.. slowly..

I lol at people who take water in a malt whisky
but the Glenmorangie i got was real fire water 1-2 inches was equivalent to 2 bottles of normal whisky
never again

I found it to be very mild honestly, both the 10 and 12 year old ones.

I thought that watering down the precious fluid is a no-go, too. Then I poured two small glasses, one with a couple drops of cold water, one without.

I have to say, that really changes much. Different tastes and smells. Would not have thought that and I am glad someone pointed out to me, to give it a try.

You were the one who pointed out I should try non-neat. You were correct, I appreciate you free-ed me from that false idea.

I tried it with every sort I had around:

Glenmorangie 10y +12y
Glenfiddich 10y
Jameson Black Barrel

All showed differences

The 12year old Glenmorangie had the most stunning differences and I liked it better than neat. .
