There are dozens of sealed criminal indictments on the DC docket. Are they from Mueller?

Brett Kappel, a veteran political law expert said he calculated that 16 percent of all the criminal cases filed thus far in 2018 remained under seal, a number he considered “unusually high.” And those were kept under seal much longer than usual, he said.

Federal Judicial Caseload Statistics for 2018 Report puts the number of federal criminal cases at 81,553 - if 16% are sealed Indictments, that totals approximately 13,000. Not saying all are Huber’s but, law experts recognize that 2018 had an unusually high amount.

Rand Paul is not thinking properly. There's little chance that a FAKE National Emergency E.O. will be upheld by the Supreme Court.

This one for the U.S. border is for a REAL, ongoing incursion of people/drugs into our country, and will be upheld by the SCOTUS.

Senator Rand Paul SHOULD know that a "Take All Guns!" Emergency Order from a Democrat President would not be upheld. He's voting against President Trump out of fear and ignorance.

"8" instead of B = could mean James H instead of James B Comey?
"Corney in testimony" = who testified? It's not necessarily Comey because there is a period after 8!

For suspected crimes that are nearing their expiration for being indictable, Investigating Prosecutors often "freeze" the clock on that crime, so the suspect can be arrested after what would have normally been beyond the expiration date for that arrest to legal.

EMN, from a card game of Contract Bridge perspective, you play your trump card when, on a must win trick, your opponent plays a key high card that you cannot beat by playing the same suit?
