The House Democrats violate their own rules of The USA in Cohen hearing.

Mr. Cummings, (D) chairman over the House Oversight Committee,

has RFUSED to follow the LAW, on having Cohen testify against President Trump.
Cohen, who was found guilty of violating Federal laws on lying.

He lied to Congress, the FBI and the IRS.
The Republicans stated that they wanted to postpone the hearing, due to a Congressional law Rule 9F, that states that all parties in the Oversight committee, to have in possession, Cohen’s testimony, for 24 hours, prior to the hearing. This would give all parties time to review Cohen’s testimony. The Democrats did not allow Cohen's testimony to be in the hands of all parties within the lawful twenty four hours. The Republicans received Cohn's testimony on 02/26/2019 at 22:08. Mr. Cummings will go down in history, to allow a convicted perjurer of Congress, to testify on the opening day of Congress. The Democrats, however, voted to violate their own laws and rules on having the hearing, proceed.

Cohen and party handed testimony over early, but it got tied up for 2 days with the President's lawyers. The testimony was released yesterday, so we're really only talking about a few hours less than 24, and we're talking about the President's lawyers and the Republicans initiating a stall tactic.

The Republicans received it at 22:08 on 02/26/2019. Congressional Rule 9F states, that the witness's testimony MUST be in the hands of ALL Committee Members, Twenty four hours before the Oversight hearing commences.
