Wellcamp airport is pretty much an ideal spot.its about 10 minute drive out of Toowoomba which is a major transport hub to Qld.It can take big planes unlike Oakey or Toowoomba itself and has Toowoomba which is a large city with a good industry density plus has a big University.

The Ghost Bat was designated MQ-28A last March by the Australian Defence Ministry and US Defense Department:

Although the MQ-28 has initially been developed for Australia, the latest addendum to the DoD's list of aerospace vehicle designations chose to designate the Ghost Bat as MQ-28 to prevent future confusion (a similar situation happened when the T-50 designation was reserved by the DoD for the KAI T-50 Golden Eagle jet trainer with the hope that the T-50 itself might be procured by the USAF to replace its fleet of T-38 Talons).
