The crossing was completed in February 2016, but due to tensions between Colombia and Venezuela since 2015 regarding smuggling, the bridge has not been opened to traffic

What kind of maniacs would conduct military drills in Venezuela with the current crisis ongoing 😆

It's not artillery fire directed at civilians. It's 37 or 40 mm anti-aircraft fire. Per USAF CMSgt (ret).

Yes, but it is being used to strike a building. They have a lot of Russian equipment and had ordered ZU-23-2 [twin 23mm AA guns].

Per the same twitter account, it has been determined to be drills, not firing on the population. No, it is not indiscriminate firing on civilians.

Your other thread about the military firing on a bus full of aid was never verified.
www.oann.com... Venezuelan Troops Kill One In First Bloodshed Linked To Aid Entry February 22, 2019 By Carlos Suniaga and Nelson Bocanegra KUMARAKAPAY, Venezuela/CUCUTA, Colombia (Reuters) – Venezuelan troops killed at least one person and wounded several others on Friday near the Brazilian border, witnesses said, the first bloodshed linked to opposition efforts to bring aid into the South American country against the wishes of embattled President Nicolas Maduro. The killing came as fundraising concert for Venezuela – backed by British billionaire Richard Branson and featuring major Latin pop stars like Luis Fonsi and Maluma – kicked off in the Colombian frontier town of Cucuta, where the United States has been stockpiling aid to ship across the border this weekend.

The most obvious is at about 14 seconds where a round is seen ricocheting vertically. There are other views where one tracer seems to stay in the wall and burn.
A 23mm [ 0.9 " diameter] seems reasonable as larger projectiles would tend to penetrate and damage the building, structurally.
