Next week -- Zimbabwe can now say they went to the Moon... using someone else's rocket!

SpaceX is not Israeli, why is this being touted as a national endeavor?

Why not just say Elon Musk is getting rich ferrying nations to the Moon, when they can't get there on their own.

Well Elon's home country is closer than them than it is to us

By your logic, we could just say South Africa get's credit for SpaceX...

We will be back in 7 years at the most just look at what’s going on right now in the mainstream spacex, blue origin and nasa. Normally time scales are really optimistic but with all this wealth and us tax payer money I see people on the moon within 7 years and bases within 8-10.

How do the governments of the world justify sending aid to countries that have a space programs capable of getting to the moon???

Absolutely disgusting

When there are a bunch of terrorists at your doorstep.. you need all the help you can get.

But I guess your one of those anti Israel dudes, no ?

More like a bunch of terrorists INSIDE their border.

These aren't the kinds of things that are decided on the spur of the moment. The contract that they're protesting is a single NASA launch, for the LUCY mission. It went to ULA for just short of $150M. The $297M contract that was awarded is for a single Air Force satellite and two NRO satellites. They were bid early last year, and only just now awarded. The missions won't take place until 2021 and 2022.

American military aid to Israel helps America who are after all the largest arms exporter in the world . death = jobs so everyone wins.

If you want to starve that machine (albeit slowly) stop having kids. People who aren't here can't die. And they also can't fuel the corporations and governments with slave labor and consumerism.
