It's a 4 inch 3-layer foam bed topper.

Feels good just lying on it, trying it out for the first time tonight.


It came with 2 "MyPillow" pillows.

They seem fluffy and nice.

Been using feather-tic pillows (circa 1950) for ever.

So time for a change.

I went and tried out a Sleep Number bed. I went to their store. They were having a "sale". They said "Starting from $900". I thought, hey I could swing that.

Despite all the hype, it felt like a glorified air mattress. By the time I found one I liked I was at about $9 THOUSAND dollars (not $900)! And I realized, it had so much other crap on it, you could throw a K-mart mattress on that frame and it would have been just as comfortable! The biggest thing was the topper.

So, I figure I'll just get a topper for a few hundred bucks and go buy a boat instead.

Yeah.

Went the same route.

The topper was just a few hundred, but there's enough left for a boat.

(or for a deep-water chartered fishing trip I'm taking my boys on)

yup... Don't have the topper but I've had a my pillow on my bed for a few years now..

Won't sleep with any other pillow...

Don't judge by the first time trying it... the pillow is a bit lumpy until you work it in

After that its perfection

We always buy the firm mattresses, I hate the ones where you sink in and it is hard to turn at night without pulling the covers off the wife. I would get in a lot of trouble with the wife with one of those cushy tops.

King size bed with a heavy cold comforter, bamboo fibre bs mattress to further cooling.(just so you never get sweaty) two pillows using one between your legs for wicked hip and back alignment when on your side.

Cup of extra strength Neo Citron, and your gone.

LOL...its just a wee bit lumpy...till you work it in....lol...they are horrible to use beyond the first 2-3 nights -the middle falls out- they are poorly made and certainly a rip-off for the price.

Nope... have been using the same original one i bought

And i have two others... they're amazing...

middle doesn't "fall out" thats BS..

the inside material can be moved every which way.. and it always stays where you put it... unlike nost pillows it DOESN'T go flat after a few minites

After a couple of glasses of 20 year old Cardhu I find that the sternum area between Mrs Lags boobs help me sleep very well.

It is just the sensation of having eaten an old carpet on my tongue when I wake up next morning and realise that I slept in the labradors basket which is a bummer...
