Is It Too Late To Restore America?

This is not the full title of this article,it was too long to post as the thread title...
I just finished reading this article and really liked issues that were brought up.The
article basically details how our freedoms are slowly being trodden upon by those
who mean us harm.

To answer your question.... yes, it is too late.

America will collapse. The real question is when. I don't think it will happen in our life time, but we are already moving so far left that it will happen at some point. It will collapse under the weight of debt and that a large percentage of the population cannot sustain themselves and don't have character / culture to do so. We will continue to give up freedoms in the name of security and convenience.

To answer your question.... yes, it is too late.

America will collapse. The real question is when. I don't think it will happen in our life time, but we are already moving so far left that it will happen at some point. It will collapse under the weight of debt and that a large percentage of the population cannot sustain themselves and don't have character / culture to do so. We will continue to give up freedoms in the name of security and convenience.

I'm of like mind, although I see it coming sooner.

On the optimistic side, that much faster till we can start to rebuild...

With the horrific result of Progressive ideology burned into our cultural memory for a thousand years.

When it does collapse, I'd be curious what the history books will say 500 or thousand years from now....

Probably not America as we know it, more like 4-5 different sections doing their own thing.

Doubt the rest of the world will have time to capitalize on it however, they will be scrambling as well.

The Roman Empire didn't exactly collapse overnight.

So something will come out of the ashes.

Mmmm.... Ehhhh.... I seriously doubt it. It would take a major overhaul. That means a take down of every and all political positions and every other kind of power in the US. It would be a disaster, of course. Anarchy, power plants going down and possibly melting down, all businesses grinding to a halt... It may as well be a zombie apocalypse or a Nuclear winter. In the end, the US could come back but it would take more fighting, possibly against other major powers like invading countries, the UN, and so forth.

Would all the powerful countries that are telling us to stay out of conflicts of other countries, stay out of ours? Doubt it.


So... To fix the US, you have to break the US and start all over again. Back to the basics. I think there are far too many people in the US now to do this but I'm sure millions upon millions would die in such a conflict.

I was taught that History is actually "His Story".

I firmly believe votes matter, you the people are the one's with the real power, so show it and make the changes you want to see.

Except we have gotten to the point where the votes don't actually matter anymore...

What matters is who is counting the votes.

Look at the last Presidential election, for instance.

We had the police arm of the party in power (FBI, CIA, DOJ) doing opposition research FOR THE PARTY IN POWER to attempt to change the course of the election.

When that didn't work, the police arm of the party in power then attempted a coup on the duly elected President.

This is still ongoing.

And a full quarter of our population not only is fine with that level of corruption, they fight for it.

We live in a police state now, by definition.

True, and if they succeed with disbanding the electoral college and rely on the popular vote, the mega cities and coasts will drain the rest of the country like a fat leech.

Offered a point of view but realized, hell, I can't predict the future. If I could, I'd be rich and living on my own private island in the Caribbean.

I don't see a complete societal collapse but something similar to the collapse of the old Soviet Union. A time of financial despair spanning several years followed by a gradual improvement spanning as many years. Another but even deeper great recession. Hard times for sure.

We will break up into different geosociopolitical entities, States that will merge with other like-minded ones to cope with the reality of the situation.

My hope is that State's Rights will then be at the forefront and if we EVER attempt to become United States again a lesson will have been learned.

America is well on its way to a new progressive productive providence filled future...Trump and Friends are moving the World in this direction together.

America is not being restored...nope....as we speak it is being re-invigorated and we will soon see a new bigger stronger more solidified unified America....being restored is regressive...being re-invigorated is Progressive.

the federal government and constitution will still govern an intact nation with a standing army to enforce federal sovereignty over the individual states. That won't change. But before the fed can regain control, there will be a time of rampant lawlessness throughout the nation. Martial law will be declared and the fed will nationalize and activate the National Guard to bolster regular forces. You will see armed sentries on every street corner indefinitely. Once martial law is declared, we will never regain the freedoms we once had. Freedoms we once had have been slowly taken from us but what is left will disappear completely at that point and the socialists will have won the war at that point. It will take another 100 years and a revolution to regain liberty and freedom.

Easy answer is no, we still have all the tools needed to enact change or even force change.

The problem is people, getting people to read more, turn off the TV and talk to each other so we can learn that neither party is the right path.

If the people talk, the people will bond and then the fed would be screwed, if only people would get off their phones and talk.
