Trump promised to drain the swamp.

Muller, over 200 criminal counts. Over 37 people/businesses indicted. 4 going to or have been in prison.

Mueller is delivering.

And like someone mentioned before. You are complaining that this is a witch hunt against Trump. Yet Republicans investigated Clinton numerous times. And she didn't go to jail. Granted she's coated in Legal Teflon. However Republicans had the chance to put her away. And they just dropped the ball.

Not a single indictment has anything to do with Russian collusion. This is like is your local police thinks you are a drug dealer and they start investing any and everyone who is remotely connected to you. The indict your next door neighbor because his fence didn't meet the HOA ordinance. Has nothing to do with you being a dope dealer. Your other neighbor gets indicted because he lied about if he paid a parking ticket under questioning. Again, nothing to do with you being a drug dealer.

The goal is to scare anyone who is remotely connected to Trump.

Which one of those crimes has to do with the scope of the investigation; collusion with a foreign government to sway the 2016 elections?

This is the Southern District of New York, not Mueller. They are looking into a broader scope and are not limited by the Mueller probe's mandate.

They still need probable cause to believe a crime may have been committed. The best they've offered on that front is that one of the donors is the son of a Russian guy. (The donor himself is a US citizen.)

Two points that should be made:

1. Hillary was under investigation for a really long time, with way less to show for it. Were you actively calling for that investigation to end as well? Or, like many others here, do you want another investigation into her opened? I suspect you being upset with this investigation is mainly because it's investigating someone you support.
Regardless of how you frame it, this investigation is turning up a LOT of evidence of criminal wrongdoing. Why should they stop, when they keep finding more evidence?

2. Suspending your beliefs for a minute...what if Trump and his administration actually DID do something criminal? Wouldn't you want them prosecuted? We don't have all of the information Mueller has gathered, he's notorious for playing close to his hip. Would you prefer the investigation stop now (even if something criminal happened and he's working his way towards it), or would you rather find out the truth?

If you are objective with point #2, you'll agree that we need to see this through to the end. It just makes sense, regardless of who you support, to make sure that nothing criminal occurred.

Not a single indictment has anything to do with Russian collusion.

Now the Russians 'colluded' with Trump to 'blackball' Colin Kaepernick.
I sh!t you not, his lawyer is pushing this BS.

Not surprising coming from the party with role models like stormy daniels, Michael Avenatti, Nathan Phillips and now Cardi B. SMFH

I feel like I Mandeled into some sureal, dystopian, hollyweird utopia.

That is a somewhat apt description.

However unlike the republican investigation into clinton. This one is actually indicting people. 37 people.

And the investigation isn't complete yet. There may or may not be something on Trump. We just have to wait and see.

Mueller's brief was the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 elections.

That was the scope of the investigation.

The collusion narrative was deflection.

Its just a never ending parade of nonsense, the need to keep the outrage and hope of impeachment alive.

What I really dont understand is how those attacking Trump, including the media can keep getting away with it?
Surely the perpetually outraged and other sufferers of TDS would take a look back every now and then and realise the thing they were outraged about a year ago, a month ago or even a week ago has all been cowfeaces, all of it.

I have a prediction to make:

The day that they kick Trump out of office is the day that they tell the majority of the people in the US that their votes don't mean squat and they're going to do whatever the damn hell they want and no one can do a cotton picking thing about it.... Is the very same day there will be blood in the streets, politicians being strung up, butchered and their possessions burned to the ground, burning government memorials, Riots in the streets, total chaos and anarchy.

That's my guess. They'll have one hell of a fight on their hands. If they ever wanted to break the country, they're doing a great job getting there.

Ha ha, you think that the majority of voters elected Trump. Classic.

Surely we pay investigators to investigate and get to the truth.

Sometimes fear works.

It already seems to have netted some wrongdoers.

If evidence against Trump is found, I hope he gets charged and sentenced. So far, his teflon is as good as Clinton's.

As noted, this has nothing to do with collusion.

There are more unlawful things that people might be charged with than collusion.

If they did something against the law, any law, and get caught, throw the book at them.

No, it has been a highly successful investigation.

It wasn't specifically an investigation of the personage of Donald Trump. That is the false narrative that both sides have been repeating ad nauseum. Please read Muellers brief.

So James Comey listed His crimes in front of the world, and recommended no prosecution?

Release of this information was timed to detract from the State of the Union. It didn't work.

The Democrat indictments being prepared by the DOJ/Huber will be far more interesting and impactful.

Half of America now see Mueller's probe as a "Witch Hunt".

Trust in Mueller erodes: thehill.com...
