Except he hasn't done any of the steps to be considered for DACA, It's not automatic, you have to do the paperwork. His Felony Drug Conviction is a Non Starter for DACA I believe.

Yea i am not really tryin to defend him just pointin out what i summarize from the article. Looks like you are correct in your statement and on top of that the usa is not accepting daca applications at this time for first timers. Worst case he has to go to britan.


















On a side note it is not typical for gov. to treat people with currency like this unless they refuse to let go of some of that currency. Meaning people can buy their way out of things like this usually. Yes citizenship into the usa is for sell.

Yea i have never heard of him either. I thought of mike savage being banned from britan when i heard this. Anyway after further reading it shows that he applied for a u-visa in 2017. So it begins to make sense now.He was a kid when his visa expired then got in trouble in 2014 and decided to work with the government in some way and now they are mad at him for some reason. I had to look it up but a u-visa is for stressful peeps who work with authorities in some way.
