How Can Trump Negotiate With The House Speaker When She Acts This Incoherently?

I'll admit that I do enjoy watching these condensed, highlight videos on Nancy Pelosi. Why? Because IMO, they prove that this demented woman is no longer qualified to be Speaker of the House. She's an embarrassment to her party and is clearly incompetent at making a clear and concise speech. This proves that her state of mind isn't as sharp as it once was. She's a complete mess and is virtually unraveling before our eyes.

The question is, how effectively can Trump communicate and negotiate a compromise with a woman who can't speak (or think) coherently? I'm actually surprised that he's been able to maintain his composure when dealing with this scatterbrain. IMO, the Democrats certainly would've been better off not electing her Speaker of the House. She has become a liability for their party, everytime she steps out in public to give a speech or interview.

The video clip below is from Pelosi's speech from yesterday, where she reiterated, once again, that there will be no border wall funding.
