The Old Testemant God might play out the way you speak of (or Torah for others).

But the New Testament God preaches through evangelism, more specifically walking in a way to inspire others to ask how they can find what you've found (through desire).

He is a God of free will and doesn't dictate.

The above are acceptable ideals for the religion, and likewise a template for our Christian inspired way of governing.

And people wonder why there is pushback, and it's precisely because people pervert it for their own gain. Some call it blasphemy and rightfully so.

I'll go ahead and give you the benefit by saying the New Testemant was written in Greek, so I don't take any induvidual verse too literally, instead I've read the whole and look at it as such. It's important to know there is translation, idioms, analogies, and speaking figuratively, all of which are complicated to translate.

But there is nothing in that book that should give any indication Trump is divine in any sense.

The left has been doubling down on crazy recently, and instead of capitalizing on that, I fear the right will use it as an opportunity to do the same.
