Perhaps you don't know how it works. See, when you are in jail, you make a claim that you have "dirt" on someone important. And, threaten to release it unless you are released. If you release it while in there, then you just lost your leverage on ever getting out. See, nobody gives a rats furry backside about you after you release the info, you will either die at that point under "suspicious circumstances" or you rot away in prison until you die.

No, you hold on to your leverage until you are released and safely away form the jail before you even consider handing over your leverage. In her case, she was snapped up by the NKVD (what used to be called the KGB). Since her dirt on Trump also included one of their higher up politicians, she was threatened to never speak of him again, or else.

Now the question is, did she have anything at all to begin with or not? Well, it doesn't matter now does it? She is out, free, as long as she keeps her mouth shut. So, her story of having "Trump Tapes" is irrelevant, and no longer a threat to him at all.....truth or lies.

So, it's all a no-op, and places uncertainty on the original story, which is now, according to her latest statement, originally false just to get out of jail. And, it sure seemed to work for her.
