Axes used for hunting trees come in either wooden or yellow handles. Black & Red handles are designed for murdering human beings. How fast that thing was swinging it might even be a bump-handle (those are only made for mass murder).

A blond "babe" just walks in a 7-11 at night with a full size axe. She is dressed for anything but cutting trees and brush and meanders around the store. Nobody seems to be wary including the clerk.

If it would have been a double bit assault axe, maybe they would have paid attention. They need an axe-free zone sign on the door.
