With Trump Wall removed as a requirement, we should escape a repeat government shutdown on February 15th.

I can't watch videos at work. Is the deal what was expected? Did Trump say anything about the emergency order?

I have a feeling he is opening it back up temporarily until Feb 15th going on the word of the Democrats they will negotiate for wall funding. When they fail to give him the funding he will shut the government down again and this time it will be on the Democrats.

It sounds like they're just kicking the can down the road for 3 weeks claiming the Democrats will help him work on the wall.
