ZeroHedge is reporting that the bill would fund government until Feb. 15th and provide back pay. It would not include funding for the wall, but supposedly negotiations would continue, and if there's no deal before 2/15 Trump will pull the trigger on the emergency funding order.

FYI: Federal Employees working without being paid, will receive at least $1,160 on top of their retroactive back pay.

What do you want to bet Pelosi ruins it....

According to the NBC report, the agreement is with Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer. So, Nancy may or may not be in the loop.

What do you bet Nasty Nutty Nancy goes against Schumer and Trump.

Do you seriously not understand the difference between not wanting a wall and open borders?

every "left" Politician has said they want stronger border security and the abolishment of the ICE department

the only people who truly want to destroy all borders is anarchists

The leftists that i know don't want stronger border security after all why you think they support and want more migrants into America? the leftists in America aren't any different from their European counter parts.

They are inbed with Open Societies.

For gods sake this country has operated since it's inception without a wall. To continue to hyperbole this stupid thing only makes you look silly.

Plain and simple this was all politics on both sides and who suffered?

If that's the case, why would they not just vote for the bill proposed yesterday that pretty much says the same thing?

After the longest partial shut-down in history, a lawsuit shouldn't be needed. The Trump Administration should direct the U.S. Treasury to award additional compensation on top of their back-pay.

You have not heard that 600 miles of physical border structures were built/installed between 2007 and 2012?

Had you heard that it didn't require a government shutdown and also didn't solve any of the issues?

Had you also heard that the majority of illegal residents of the USA come into the country via legal border crossings and not from crossing the Mexico border? No wall is going to solve the issue. Creating silly propaganda about leftist could care less about border security is not only hyperbole but garbage.

Any barrier that saves American lives is worth it. Unfortunately, a nutjob is running the U.S. House right now. Blood on her hands.

Obama's catch-and-release really phucked things up.

Flag for posting this... I was out of pocket. Fox is back on and they're waiting and watching the Rose Garden for the announcement to start.

Here's hoping it's good news...

no one reporting this...

why?
because from your source

The supplemental pay is being sought under a Great Depression-era law that authorizes damages for workers who are not paid on time, with potential government liability nearing $500 million as workers end a second pay cycle without a check

being sought? depression era law?
