Drudge reporting shutdown agreement reached

ZeroHedge is reporting that the bill would fund government until Feb. 15th and provide back pay. It would not include funding for the wall, but supposedly negotiations would continue, and if there's no deal before 2/15 Trump will pull the trigger on the emergency funding order.

According to the NBC report, the agreement is with Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer. So, Nancy may or may not be in the loop.

After the longest partial shut-down in history, a lawsuit shouldn't be needed. The Trump Administration should direct the U.S. Treasury to award additional compensation on top of their back-pay.
