His statement is certainly egregious, but if he recognized the error of his ways and apologized then we should all forgive him. If we all simply respond with blind ire just as he initially did and don't forgive then that will only further entrench his erroneous beliefs or others like him and prevent them from learning from their mistakes and grow as a human beings.

We all make mistakes. Especially when we are being manipulated at the highest levels of government.

If this incident has taught us anything it is that a lot of this tribal warfare garbage isn't even about politics -- it is about psychology. And the bad actors, both foreign and domestic, that intentionally perpetrate these psyops on our society understand this and is why they have been getting away with it for so long because people keep misidentifying both the battle and their true enemies.

Stop making excuses for people that clearly hate half the country because of a different opinion. The MSM and the far-left are responsible for the divide of the past two years.
