How is this any different than say the states, that are under Republican control, that wants to ban sagging pants?

Why is this wrong, but right for the pants?

Personally I think it is a bad idea and would violate the 1st amendment.

It is what I have maintained, that once a legal door is opened one can not just cry foul when it is abused, and this is clearly the case that is here.

It’s just the republican states that want to ban sagging pants? So you admit basic decency is partisan? Keeping your private areas private should not even be brought into discussion. We already have laws against indecent exposure. What purpose do the pants serve if I can see your whole ass? People that wear their pants like that look like ignorant bitches. Brain development starts out very concrete. At a certain age of adolescence it discovers abstract thought. Then some brains mature even further and are able to appreciate the concrete and the abstract. I find liberal minded individuals are stuck in the abstract way of thinking.
A hat covering your head does not equal pants that do not cover your ass.
Your first amendment right ends where my rights begin.
I have the right to not be forced to look at your ass. It is indecent exposure.

You are wrong on that aspect. Fashion is a part of speech, and art. To ban people from that is tantamount to censorship and infringes on their right to the freedom of speech.

And if you have the right not to be forced to look at such, then look away, after all have you seen a few plumbers? They show more than most that wear the sagging pants these days.
