I'm adding a caveat here to clear up any misunderstandings; Unite The Right was a show of neo-nazis whose beliefs don't deserve defending. 2) the death of Heather Heyer was a needless tragedy perpetrated by James Fields and found guilty in a court of law. Any discussion of that day here is to try to understand how and why these events happened which were used for the purpose of political theater. The great shame of it all lay in the complete forgetting of what prompted these events - the removal of a statue of Robert E Lee who would disavow both sides that day were he alive to speak. My personal interest begins there because the fall out of the UTR will ultimately affect the outcome of that question and has furthered the political divide to this day.

- ATA

It's been a year and a half since the Unite the Right rally In Charlottesville Va ended in the tragic death of Heather Heyer. Among the groups there to counter protest include Black Lives Matter, Democratic Socialists of America, Antifa and a smattering of religious groups along with individuals from all over the area. After the Unite the Right rally broke up around noon many of the protesters began a march South down 1st st, then east on Water st. Taking a right they turn South on 2nd and cross the railroad tracks ending up at Friendship Court a low-income apartment complex.

Coming back the same direction they came the group returned to Water st headed East where Field's Grey Dodge was videotaped going the same direction. Marching 2 blocks down past the parking garage the original group was met by several more where they congregated at Water and 4th st blocking the intersection for several minutes.

Here's a map showing the counter protesters march route along with the route likely driven by Fields.

No one seemed to be in charge unless it was whoever had the megaphone. Enter Andy Kaufman, an unknown man nicknamed due to his resemblance. He shows up wearing sandals without a backpack and is not seen in any other videos from earlier that day. He talks to a few people, makes a gesture with his arm up 4th street whereupon the crowd begins to chant 'go left! go left!".

Here he is where we see him for the first time:

Looking up 4th st, Fields Challenger is sitting at the top of 4th before they begin marching up the street contradicting testimony of those who said Fields drove quickly down 4th st bottoming out on the speed bumps. Also circled is the driver of the purple van.

Coincidence the marchers turn left? Perhaps, but here's where things get really strange. Stills taken from video show Mr Kaufman apparently speaking to both the driver of the silver Toyota as well as the driver of the purple van. Why? You might guess he's a local business owner but if so why would they take his directions and why would he go back to talk to the people in the cars?

These stills were taken from this video:

As Fields backs up we see Andy placed strategically in the Alleyway very near the guy in the next picture:

At 3:49 this guy make an appearance - holding a pistol.

Where was he as Fields drove down 4th?

We know the guy in the blue shirt whacked the dodge bumper with his flagpole. Did Fields see this guy with the pistol then? There was also this:

“I used this rifle to chase off James Fields from our block of 4th St before he attacked the marchers to the south,” wrote Dwayne E. Dixon
. Dixon, a member of Redneck Revolt carried an AR 15 that day. He said he "waved him (Fields) off" with his rifle. Does that mean he pointed his rifle towards Fields? Dixon is smart enough to keep his mouth shut beyond his initial claim. www.thedailybeast.com...

Andy Kaufman shows up after the attack on both Main st. and down on 4th long after the attack. Why was he staying around? Who is he and why did he give directions which the crowd followed? Why did he speak to the people driving the 2 cars that Fields would crash in to? Were those killed or injured used as unwitting political pawns? There were dozens of videos taken that day including those taken from a drone and police helicopter. For whatever reason the State police have not released their video to the public though it was seen in court (from the link above). This same helicopter crashed later that afternoon killing both State police officers.

Heather Heyer was a victim of violence there is no argument. What remains an open question is how things came together to cause those events that day. I won't venture to make any conspiratorial arguments but I have provided the information for you to arrive at those questions for yourself.

I'd like to add 4th st was supposed to be closed to traffic that day from the intersection on Market st but the officer at the post decided they needed to leave and no one came to replace them. Just one more coincidence that added up to a tragic ending. This was the same street where the brutal fight with DeAndre Harris happened in the street and parking garage next to the police station.

Exactly as some said

Looks like provocation by the fanatic left. The driver was convicted in the court of public opinion long before he ever saw the inside of a court room. The race whiners immediately labeled him a "white nationalist" which the fake-news left & their media lapdogs have tried (and failed) to equate the term with white supremacy.

Regardless, the left had no permit to assemble and they came prepared to do battle. Not surprised they got what they were looking for. Hard to feel sorry for them too. It sounds harsh, but it is a fact. A good side effect is that these morons have been blocking traffic much less frequently.

The left and their BS has ensured any sympathy or empathy for them is gone. At this point, it appears their planned provocation will succeed in causing the civil war they so badly want. Now if only they can control the government, they may even be able to use the chaos they cause to sneak/force some of their historically unpopular policies and politics into law, to subvert the Constitution or worse.

I am not too sure what their end game is, but I hope the Trump Admin will crack down on far left fanatics before they have the chance to cause more carnage, destruction and violence. All for the sake of their feel-good, artificial, virtue signalling, minimal thought agenda.

Some groups don't care how many bodies are destroyed in their quest for power. Some events of politically motivated violence are often other than what they appear from outside.

Thanks! Like so many events lately certain things seemed "off" about that day. What used to be organic and happening by chance are increasingly shaped, modified or outright staged for political and psychological effect. Today's politics have learned to turn almost every thing and every event towards a predetermined end.

It takes a lot of time to watch dozens of videos over and over, often frame by frame searching for things out of place and I don't know anyone else still looking at Charlottesville from this angle. I kept finding this man who seems to be in the center of things through a seminal event in our recent history and seemed worth pointing out. Charlottesville was a big deal in terms of strengthening the right/left divide in the US and providing fodder for the race baiters.

The man deliberately drove a car at people because he didn't like the way they think. Let's not let allegations based on post hoc interpretations from someone who watched it on TV deflect away from that.

Everything that happened was provoked by the left. They are the aggressors in all of these incidents. There is no denying it.

The evidence is there to arouse suspicion for sure. Good thread.

Talking to those two specific drivers and confirming final instructions.
The police leaving post ensuring the street was able to be driven on.
Some random Andy Kauffman showing up and taking a bit of a lead role In directing the crowd.
Sounds like the guy with the AR15 had to point it at the dodge driver for some reason.
Was there a crowd with the AR15 man who was there to rile-up whoever they could and when the first person took the bait (happened to be the kid in the dodge) the AR15 came out to give him a scare?

Text message to the guy with the pistol: ‘the guy in the grey dodge’

Guy with the pistol (who is looking directly at-camera while almost every single other person is watching the dodge accelerate rapidly) is flanked by two masked men who draws the driver’s eye.
He makes eye contact with the driver of the dodge and then points it at him.
At that signal, flagpole-boy whacks the bumper of the car with his flagpole and they get the desired reaction.
Kid sh’its himself and thinks he’s justified in his actions to cause carnage to get out of there (thanks Hollywood) and floors it. Into the crowd.
Like a dickhead.

Coordinatied effort to coerce a hothead into those actions?
Not entirely impossible. Not impossible to believe either.

Free thinking individuals hatching it out and doing this? Maybe . But the cop leaving post? Maybe government angencies carried it out?

That guy with the pistol though,
looking di-fu’cken-rectly at the camera. With that ‘did you just film me?’ look on his face. Him and the two masked guys flanking him.
Those three people looking directly into the camera lens.
And almost EVERYONE else in the entire shot is looking at this car that suddenly accelerated away from about where that guy is standing.

Edit: or is that guy ‘Dixon’ with the AR15 the same guy in the first picture of pistol-boy?
So he was standing right there as well?

I'm still doing the same. I've said since the first day/weekend that this was 100% manufactured if not outright staged/filmed elsewhere. There are too many different camera angles in many of the videos, bits and pieces of video spliced together to "try" to give a seemless view of what happened, but when you look at it frame by frame, you will see there are MANY frames missing, some look altered, and I have yet to see any video that is 100% authentic from that day.

With all of those people video taping, how can we not have one video of the accident that hasn't been edited, altered, or manipulated? To me, this means it was most likely totally staged, possibly with some of the "event" footage being filmed in a different location (possibly a studio or something).

I kind of gave up looking at this when Las vegas happened, but those two events both stink to high heaven and we are being lied to about both of them.

He's very welcome here.

The guy absolutely, deliberately drove into a crowd and was convicted of murder. There's been more sympathy for Fields from people like yourself than for the woman who was killed. You're blinded by politics in the same way Fields was blinded by hate. If an ANTIFA had driven into a crowd of UTR protesters you'd be singing a different song instead of martyring a hit-and-run whack job.

Look at the first video you posted at 1:01 and run it frame by frame or in slow motion. There is a sequence of events which I suspect might sound a lot like a gun shot, it is a water bottle bursting under the car wheel and at the same time a round shield is thrown at the car and a fraction of a second later hits it. All of this takes place with that scummy/skeezy looking short balding guy in the black shirt/pants with the gun/pistol. That is some coincidence that this just happens with a guy who is also brandishing a pistol as this events happens.

Your just as bad as the other guy. I've been here long enough to see how you use your position to influence threads with your bias as well.

And to make it clear, I'm not even a real supporter of the current administration, or what they guy in the car stands for. I'm just against the media railroading a guy, corruption the jury pool and not doing their job, and I hate hypocrites (Dems & MSM at the moment). I'm probably more libertarian than anything but unfortunately they didn't have a strong candidate running last election, lol...

So the UTR crowd didn't march to UVA on Friday night and assault students and staff? They didn't specifically mention coming prepared to commit violence in their Discord channel?

This was not a peaceful group and they drew first blood.
