Sure too right, war is a very last resort and if not this it is evil. Putin has had major success in Syria and put an end to terror over there just as it did in central Europe in 1945. If you want someone on your side these days you want Russia with all their resources and technological advancements. As Israel matures (it's only just leaving puppy training) the Russian strands in Israel's population will become very intertwined with Russia. The plantation of a million plus Russians into Israel over the past two decades along with a million in the decades before it is going to be a masterstroke long term for Russia in its influence over that region.

No see, some call me crazy because god talks to me, but I have starred into the abyss, and this is the conflict that will matter the most.
They are special, they suffered more than any other group ever before and ever after. They are special because I have cried more for and about them than anybody else. You don't have to understand, but trust me they are special because they are my people.

No. Romans crucified Jesus and he was well aware of what he was getting into. "The suffering of the many outweighs the suffering of the few or the one." Spock
Jesus was a jew. That's my point they take on the suffering for all of us, or god would have ended this experiment 2000 years ago.

Mr. "Out in plain Sight aka Russian Troll" Eastern block people of the Russian federation and satellite occupation states only do something if there is money to be had or an Advantage. Without advantage there is no reason to expend effort.
This is a trait of your people.
I fear you are a real 'Troll' however, carefully crafting these daily scenarios for ATS members.

Who made that deal? For what? To safe us all. It's not "privatising" it's just stating a meta-fact.

a reply to: RussianTrollRussian Israeli's love Russia my friend. Away from the theatre of politics the average Israeli LOVES Russia. They know there would be no Russian Jewish population if Stalin hadn't done his deed on the Volga and saved Ashkenaz and Sephardic population in Europe ME and north Africa from certain death. The remnants KNOW their debt to Russia. Heck you will never see so many Vostks, Poljots, Luchs, Pobedas on wrists anywhere in the world outside Russia.................. It's not the old military people either with those red stars Kommanderskis................... The kids love everthing Russian and wear them as a fashion statement and there's Russian flags everywhere

We are capitalists. A mix of every people wishing to escape Europe and experience Democracy and freedom. Freedoms spelled out in our Constitution. We were once partly you. We Escaped the barbarism you call your Nation. We have evolver into the Occidental man, apart from your claim of being Cosmopolitan.
So no, I do not find contradiction, only difference of cultural application, and politics. Early on, post 0bama, I was hoping for better ties with your horse riding Super Hero Vladimir. But world events would evolve to cause separation. A shame really.
But back to ISRAEL.. They are Gods chosen and those who are enemies of Israel will be enemies of God.... And we all know that no one can stand up to him. This is not so pedantic as to say "buddy buddies, Israel and Russia, charming friends................... There is Agenda at play.

It's not a "commercial transaction" it's a promise of deliverance. And we need that more than anything else.
