An ice queen from the eerie north will leave the schools in the cold, shining warmth only on the superior private academies. A bespectacled dancer with good hair will cheer the great denier in incomprehensible and stumbling blather.

Heed this warning, for these are the signs of madness and decline.

I'm pretty sure this is a hoax. I cannot find any other source for this. And it only kinda sorta sounds like Nostradamus. It's also notable that there are no astrological references, which are scattered throughout Nostradamus' known quatrains.

And, of course, it echoes the leftist TDS just a little too closely to be believed.
