She is right. This public "testimony" by Cohen before the House is basically Kavanaugh 2.0... if they can't get their guy based on the system and facts, they'll make a circus and try people in the court of (spun to hell) public opinion.

Lying whilst not under oath. Or being in contact with another country while running for presidency. It's actually quite common.

Yes... before he was lying for trump remember.... now he has no reason to lie for him. Trump has thrown him under the bus and Cohen doesn't owe him any loyalty.
Of course you dont want to know the truth so you will continue to believe that he is lying now.
