Not gonna happen. And not because some illegals send some cash to there mom and sister in Mexico. But because they would need to make all new loopholes, and how to guides, for both lawmakers and lawyers, for all those billions that are transferred every year into tax free offshore accounts.

So ya.

Taxing money that has already been taxed happens all the time already!

I think money leaving the country should be taxed, this might slow down some of the foreign tax havens that corporations and the insanely wealthy keep sending their money to.

I agree with this.
The sole purpose is not for the government to collect the money.
We could even burn it once collected.
The purpose is to penalize those that put their wallets above the well being of this country and its people.

So let me get this straight OP:

1. Assumes the people in line are mexican.
2. Watched how much money they had.
3. Believes they are sending money to Mexico for some reason.
4. Wants to tax every dollar sent out of the country.

This all sounds rediculous.
What your talking about is isolating the USA and taking us from a global power to an isolated looney bin.

If you tax money leaving the USA the country would cease to function.
Do you know that the USA buys:

Oil – $356 billion.
Machines, Engines, Pumps – $330 billion.
Electronic Equipment – $319 billion.
Vehicles – $265 billion.
Medical Equipment – $76 billion.
Pharmaceuticals – $73 Gems, Precious Metals, and Coins – $65 billion
Furniture, Lighting, and Signs – $55 billion
Organic Chemicals – $54 billion
Plastics – $50 billion

Without all the forign aid we woul lose all of our allies.
We give about 50 billion to forign countries every year.
Israel gets the most.

Anyways if any of the changes the OP is suggesting were ever made the country would probably cease to function unless all of the items we bought from other countries could be produced in the USA by Americans. You would need R&D as well as multiple billion dollar companies that function only in the USA.

That means no free market and the companys would have to be a socialist or communist company in order to function.

Yes its possible but highly improbable.
If people want to buy goods made in the USA they can they have the freedom to buy whatever they want. To tax peoples freedom to spend the money they make is rediculous.

Firstly, you automatically assumed (probably wrongly) that he made his money illegally. Shame on you.
Secondly, it's none of your damn business what he does with his money.
Thirdly, my wife spent 30 years working in the USA before she came to the UK and as a result when she retired she got a large lump sum sent to us here. If you want to tax that then we shall have.... words.

Oh wow, you all really believe that more taxes, would solve your tax problem? Considering your taxed so much on everything, I mean the only thing missing is a tax on tax. Or wait that's there already you just have to read between the lines.

And the only thing more taxes would do, especially on money leaving the country do is, it would do is just make people figure out another way to avoid that tax. The poor would have leeways, and the rich would have byways, not to mention loopholes. But hey, if those migrants and illegals cant take money back with them, maybe that will stop them from coming here right? But then again who will pick all those apples or stay on a production line 12 hours a day for 4 dollars an hour so the CEO and shareholders can have a bigger profit?

So in the end its the same shi#z different day. Not to mention that there are more then a few Americans that retire in Mexico or other countries, simply to avoid paying on all kinds of stupid crap for the last few years till they croak. High cost of living, but not higher quality of living it seems, no matter what the tubes say.

Or how some states tax ridiculously more just for being and living there just for having the prestige of living there. Whatever that # means. So really, your problem is that your all morons who instead of making things easier and less complicated. You do the opposite, simply to get an extra zero at the end of that paycheck to get one over the kardashians.

Which you end up spending it all anyways on the extra taxes and price hikes.

Or wait you can solve that issue by having the minimum go up by another zero at the end. And again, everybody just adds more zeros to the cost of everything. Achieving the only thing this civilization is capable of achieving, doubling digits on a screen every year. Which is why 70 years ago coca cola cost a nickle, an today in the same market sold to the same people it costs what like 2 dollars.

Leading you absolutely in the place were you started.

Hey you all should have the smarts to at the least like those south American third worlders to not make things more complicated and expensive then they already are. But then again everybody should just invest in winning the lottery. Which again is just another tax on the poor.

Maybe you should read the post again.

Firstly I did no such thing.
Secondly, again, didn't say it was.
Thirdly, your wife earned money would not be taxed because it was already taxed.

Read it again...

The entire post is about sending a cash deposit out of the country, not funds in general.

Corporations pay the taxes they are required to pay.
If that's not enough in your opinion so be it.
Either way it has nothing to do with the subject of the post.
