That is a very short sighted and partisan perspective, and it lacks merit of any kind.
It has been long exposed that those within the DoJ have been partisan themselves and aligned against Trump, which has contributed to many unjust efforts at destroying Trump.

Defending this kind of thing is saying openly that you support a totally biased authoritative and official power with almost zero oversight or any ability for them to be managed fairly and equally under the law.
Everyone in government must have a boss to tell them "don't do that". This new management may just be able to do that for a change.

This is why democrats don't like it, because it might just stop the unbalanced and false execution of judgement against an elected official, and that even though there has been no lawful or valid judgement against that elected person.

Barr was confirmed around 12Noon. Not sure when he will be sworn-in as AG, but he's been getting ready all week, to hit the ground running. 30 criminal referrals (from House/Senate) are ready for him to assign to staff.

Why is Rosennsteins situation important? Why are you acting like this is going to mean something? I dont think its important who is in charge of the DOJ where Mueller is concerned. He is still going to do his job no matter who is the department head.
