Staying in this new years eve?

I feel ruined, been partying hard this last week with Christmas, my son's 21st birthday, and one of my older brothers staying at my house. I've gone through until dawn 3 times and I'm done. I'm not the youngster I used to be so I'm chilling out with Molly the cat tonight instead. Made my phonecalls, seen the people I love today, but now it is chill time lol, I've been awake 35 hours, just waiting to wish a friend happy new year in their timezone then I'm crashing out.
So are you partying or chilling?

Staying in, We are having a ton of rain and it's going to freeze.
If you can imagine that is going to be ugly on the streets tonight.
We lead the country in drunk drivers on a regular day, so I'm not risking it tonight.

I'm going out, but its only to the American Legion that is less than a mile from my home. Cheap, wholesome, and about as safe as I can be without staying home.

Perfect end of the year for me after a crazy week of fun and excess, didn't want to walk down the hill to get cat food so she's had ham...well happy cat lol...I suppose it is the season of goodwill haha

Weve done the improvise cat dinner thing many times,
She likes ham, roast beef lunch meat, hot dogs, and believe it or not, her fav is spaghetti.

Headed up to the local VFW ( 3 blocks from my house ) who are having a steak dinner tonight. My lady friend and I will probably stay for a bit, but we'll be in before midnight.

I have had my fun on New year's enough times now and now I don't drink all those drink and smoke addled folks do my but in with constant repetition and slurred ramblings...

2018 has been a brutal year and I am looking forward to seeing the back of it.

Hubs and I are staying home and watching MST3K with the kids. I can’t think of a better way to ring in the new year.

Well, I guess I’m the only wild and crazy one here. I’m going out with friends to see Willie Nelson perform. I’m a native Texan, and have never seen him perform live - sacrilege! I figure I’d better before he croaks.
