This is shameful. I really don't understand it at all. A child, meant to be protected and have his/her innocence preserved.

Are we now monetizing our own children? Should we slap a trademark on them when they are born?

I find it hard to believe any of these children are choosing this life of their own accord. At eight my daughter wanted to read, play street hockey, and visit Disney land every year. She never mentioned any interest in pageants or changing sexes. Maybe the world has just changed that much...

The rule MAY be in place to make patrons engage each other and talk. It also leaves one wondering of how many similar acts have passed the stage unrecorded.

Any child portraying an adult persona in a venue where alcohol is served is absolutely being exploited. Even if he thinks it's the tits.

Actually...No.

There was a TV program a few years ago, about the Afghan Muslim "Culture" of having young boys and men, dance and sing for older (over 21) single and married men, they are called the "Bacha Bazi" dancing boys.
The boys dress up as women, sing with high voices and dance provocatively for entertainment purposes, and maybe other stuff.

Read the article! No one recorded it, it's what was noted after the fact. And it was also pointed out that it is indeed a strange fact the place has a no phone rule..

They're doing things in that place that no one wants others to see.

I fear for this child. He is not safe. Grown men sexually enjoying a 10 year old boy dressed as a woman, on a stage.. this is sickness beyond extreme..

And anyone who defends this or alludes to other bents as a reason to ignore this is busted in the head...
