Seven people have been arrested by Palestinian police and Israeli troops in connection with the suicide bombing outside a Tel Aviv nightclub on
Friday. These include five men held by the Israeli soldiers, two of him are believed to be the brothers of the suicide bomber, and two by the
Palestinian police. Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas has promised to punish the attackers.

It was the first attack since Israeli and Palestinian leaders agreed earlier this month to end violence.
"The Palestinian Authority will not stand silent in the face of this act of sabotage," Mr Abbas said in a statement after meeting security
chiefs.
"We will follow and track down those responsible and they will be punished accordingly." Mr Abbas blamed a "third party" but went no further.
Other Palestinian officials have blamed Hezbollah, the Lebanese militant organisation.

It is good to see both Israel and Palestine seemingly working together to bring down those responsible for this cowardly act. It seems everytime one
step forward is taken to create peace, someone will come along to ruin it creating two steps back.
Although all Palestinian militant groups have denied involvement in the bombing it could well turn out to be the opposite, causing more hate and
allowing the rift to continue. Hopefully it'll not be the case although unfortunately would not be surprising.
