Consider the fact that a 28 year old woman who has been entrusted with the oversight, well being, and education of children decided that it was a good idea to send a 15 year old nude pics.

I don't care if I'm acting 15. I'm just being honest. It shouldn't matter anyways, 15 year olds are old enough to know right from wrong and give consent or not.

I would too! Closest I came was when I was bowling with my sis and her friends, who were mostly military. One of them told me she was drunk and asked if I could drive her home. I was 18 and she was in her 30's. I still remember the humid night with mist falling down as I drove the back roads all the way to her house. We ended up in the back seat of her convertible Mustang. Never had I been in a smaller back seat with no room, but we made it work. I found out the next day that she doesn't even drink. Heh.

About 5 years later, her and her husband and 2 kids (yes I always felt bad about the part where she was married) were walking around at a carnival in Ohio and she dropped dead due to a brain aneurysm. She's the only person my sister knew that she didn't see after death. Everyone else she was semi close to that died, she's seen.

We had an art teacher who was one of the tallest women I'd seen. Blonde and model-thin. She worked a lot in ceramics and glass. Since it was hot when she ran the kiln, she would wear a tank top and short-shorts under her leather apron. From the side it looked like she was wearing nothing under that leather apron. And the side boob....

If you were at the pottery wheel she'd come up behind you and give you a 'reach around' to help you shape your coffee cup (bong) you were making for your art-show project. Neither people in positions of power nor adults should have sexual relations with minors, as grooming and predatory or abusive relations can ensue. That said it is clear teens can consent, when two teenagers, a teenage boy and a teenage girl engage in sex with each other, that is not mutual rape. If they sext each other, that is not child abuse and child porn distribution.

EDIT: I mean the mental gymnastics to say teens are incapable of consent yet they can consent to have relations with other teens.
