The thicker white horizontal beam on the window behind him is out of view in the video. Camera angle as has been pointed out. Just compare the position of his head to the items on the flag to his right. Also the position of the thin horizontal beam below that thick beam. In the left pic it is on the same level as his ears in the other one it is level with his shoulders.
