John Kelly to leave White House at the End of the Year

It's been expected for a while but now confirmation that general Kelly is set to leave the White House , the relationship between John Kelly and the President has been speculated on for a while but it's now said they are no longer on speaking terms.

Mr Kelly's expected departure means Mr Trump will have had three chiefs of staff and three national security advisers since taking office in January 2017, the BBC's North America Correspondent Anthony Zurcher says.

Unless you could point out to me the policies he enacted to turn the economy around...

Because even he said it wasn't possible, the jobs were not coming back and his job was to manage a declining economy, remember?

I love that Trump supporters have such a pitiful understanding of economics they think that Trump turned the economy round in 18 months while mostly still following obama era taxation policies and ignore that the economy was starting to see the start of the boost before Obama left office.

I was no Obama fan boy I wrote several threads calling him out.

My only point was that it is absurd to pretend that current economic growth is all down to Trump when it started under Obama.

Regardless that’s not really the topic of the thread,

It’s about how crap Trumps choice of appointments seems to have been

what a sad state of affairs where our government is required to subsidize most industries in order to survive

At least this Chief Of Staff probably wasn't guilty of treason? Unlike... many of the other people Trump has employed who have already plead guilty to various crimes.

If you actually lived here and ran a business, I might give your opinion a little more thought.

You are just parroting news garbage from your new found US sport politics for entertainment.

Obama couldn't have been any worse for American businesses or employees.

The instability he caused with healthcare alone ended massive amounts of jobs and split people into uninsured, part-time positions across the country.

Business was at a standstill waiting for the next bs to come down the pipes.

The only winners were Obama and insurance companies.

The boom is from businesses getting back to business, finding more confidence.
