Federal Judge Orders Department of Justice to REOPEN Clinton Email Case

There is a scheduled hearing for Dec 13th at 14:00 on the Clinton Foundation where OIG Huber (Iirc) will be giving his findings on the Clinton Foundation.

There was also 3 whistleblowers who turned over some 6,000 pages/documents to investigators back in 2017.

So, expect interesting things from this, unless some other major event(s) occur in the meantime.

Nothing will happen because being "extremely careless" is completely different than being "grossly negligent".

Comey was able to dismiss the charges due strictly to his opinion - “Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case”.

If anything this just proves Hillary was too incompetent and idiotic to get away with a fraction of the things GOP has accused her of.

One of those whistle blowers is/was the CFO of the Clinton Foundation. As he stated, he knows where all the bodies are buried in regards to the foundation.

I dont think the Clintons are going to escape this times.

Thursday, 12/13/18, the House Government reform and oversight committee will be holding a public hearing on the Clinton Foundation. This hearing will be comprised of whistle blowers who have turned over evidence of criminal wrong doing inside the Clinton Foundation.

As a side note, mainly because it was never reported by the msm, is the FBI Little Rock fBI field office, who is charged with the Clinton Foundation criminal investigation. Several people, including a few business leaders in Springfield Mo and several people in Arkansas, including members of the Arkansas legislature, have been indicted / arrested on charges that are linked directly to the Clinton Foundation. Part of those charges dealt with medicare fraud, among other things.

So people are being arrested but its the lower level people. In my opinion a good sign.

Watch for one of the Podestas to be indicted also. Manafort worked with them and the Russians they worked for, their lawyers, were defending Cohen and others.

Remember that John Podesta was the start of the email hack also.

It is all leading back to where the money came from and the Clintons are right in the middle of it.

BUT, a Federal Judge has now ordered former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton herself to testify before the court, regarding items ranging from recently discovered Benghazi communications, to Top Secret e-mails discovered in her personal account, and on her personal computer at home.

"She's still alive!!"
And all the panicked villagers ran out of their huts, clubs in hand, to beat the carcass back into lifelessness.

Is yours a "look, we all know she broke the law, but let's just leave her alone" post?

Don't you think that as she broke the law she should be indicted?
It's not going to be left alone until she stands trial for her crimes.

No, it an oh look, another investigation, just like the other dozen or so investigations that turned up not much of anything, certainly didnt produce the results so many claimed they would...
Next, you will be telling us they are gonna investigate planned parenthood and the buying and selling of baby parts again..
