FsX is a pretty good sim can’t say I’d enjoy playing the ATC but it’s cool that some sadistic type can play the roll if they wish. I’ve seen the clip before it’s pretty hilarious.

The purpose of this game is that it is a very realistic flight simulator. It provides a safe place to practice not only your flight skills, but also communicating with air traffic control. Most people who play this are either in flight school or want to be.

This guys channel is awesome if your into such things.

I enjoy flight Sims. I was playing them when the windows95 was a new thing until current time.

Takes all sorts.
When I was a signalman, there was one lad I worked with, would go home after a shift and play a train signalling simulator.

Never got my head round that.

A bud of mine built a $5000 computer, plus bought all the accessories to create a cockpit.
All in all has spent close to $9000 just to play FSX

Haha Penroc I too have sat there at a silly time in the morning to watch AirForceProuds videos they are pretty fun to watch. The YouTube'er actually flies as a pilot too if you look at some of his videos he and friends film themselves making short hops is a Cessna

I can't remember how I came across this but it's hilarious

"Sir, I'm going to ask you to remain grounded at this time, until we confirm cookies onboard the aircraft"

It would be really cool if they made a bit game that allowed a person to call in for close air support/ordinance and medi vac from an FO perspective with simulated heavy fire on pos, bad weather, smoke/fire/ simulated injury etc. it would be fun and reminiscent for me but could also be a valuable tool for Marines who are too poor to practice for real like them rich ass folk in the army.

AirForceProud is pretty funny. He is an actual pilot and does these vids in his spare time.
