We’ve already went over this. Trump has lost over a billion in net worth since becoming president.

That isn’t enough! Trump hurt liberal feelings. He must pay!

He did something far more serious than that, he broke thru establishment controlled primaries to win the nomination, then against a rigged presidential election that was already decided for Hillary Clinton, he won the presidency and became the greatest threat the DC establishment has ever faced, and most importantly he destroyed the deep state's future plans under a Clinton presidency completely.

We need to take all his money. We could feed the poor with part of it, fund the demoncratic party with some and keep more then half for ourselves. He has too much money. He shouldn't be allowed to spend it. Besides, its not fair at all to Hillary. She should be given a billion dollars of his money because he was mean to her and hurt her feelings. Shes a woman for goodness sake. Im actually surprised she hasn't been promoted to sainthood by the pope for all the poor she has fed, and the lives she has saved single handedly.

Dear God, deliver me from the silly BS the Democrats are slinging this week. If the President breaks wind, the Dim’s what to start impeachment proceedings.

I think they should go after Trump for his part in the Uranium 1 deal. Anyone who sells Uranium to our enemies should be tried for treason and executed immediately by firing squad. '

Don't you all agree?

Then you need to round up all the people in 8 different branches of the US government and shoot them all. Oh, and not a single one of them would be a Clinton.

Beyond the State Department, eight other government agencies approved the Uranium One sale.

It doesn't matter how much net worth he losses or gains. If he makes one cent from a foreign government while the president he broke the law.

That's why he should have put his business into a blind trust. If he would have done that, this would never be a problem. Trump has only himself to blame.

So absolutely shocking that Democrats would file frivolous lawsuits to try to smear Trump. No doubt they will get their pound of flesh and it will make them feel better about their miserable, hate-fueled lives.

Wow..... Yep, those grand juries just approve subpoena's all the time without evidence. All the Democrats have to do is just tell the grand jury that they don't like Trump and then the grand jury says "Ok, sounds good enough to us, here is your subpoena".

There has to be evidence to support these subpoenas. They don't just hand them out for no reason.

You don't need a grand jury to file for a subpoena. Its rather easy.

No. That's not exactly how this works... There is a good bit more to it than that. He or his business entities are allowed to make money while being the President. The assertion that "If he makes one cent from a foreign government" is unconstitutional is absurd and incorrect. Otherwise, the Clintons and perhaps the Obama's would be in trouble, too.

I'm not saying there was criminal activity until there's hard evidence, but man, they could have advoided so much trouble if Trump had shuttered all his money making avenues in the name of divestment. What a mess.

it would be crime if he was running a pay-for-play scheme... like the Clintons

but he's not... so they go after anything they can... even if its false.

Now that's funny...When are these underachievers going to investigate Hillary for pay to play, money laundering, personal profits from selling American Plutonium and a myriad of other crimes??? Oh, they're not going to??? Someone ought to investigate them for wasting American's tax dollars...

And Obama gave billions 'in cash' to our enemies...Did Obama get a kickback??? When you going to investigate that, you lowlifes...

Well that's all true...Her and that guy she hangs around with on occasion used to pick up half a million bucks for a 40 minute speech...And now, thanks to Trump they can hardly get someone to pay $6.00 for a ticket to hear them speak, together...They're practically destitute...They deserve a little bump from Trump...

Yes, they do. I have sat on a Grand Jury. That's pretty much what we did in most cases. The DA would tell us what the charges were, say something to the effect of "I think we can win this case," and we'd hand him an indictment. Why not? We're not making the final decision, all we were doing was letting him proceed to try and prove his case to an actual jury in court.

There was, with a couple of notable exceptions, no defense whatsoever, no debate back and forth over guilt or innocence, no concern over admissibility of evidence... just the DA telling us what he thought he had.

No, there doesn't. Just statements that are rarely challenged. You might want to read up on the legal process.

The Judge Who Coined “Indict a Ham Sandwich” Was Himself Indicted

Where did that delicious, evocative phrase come from?

As Barry Popik explains, Sol Wachtler, the former chief judge of New York state, coined the term in a January 1985 interview with the New York Daily News’ Marcia Kramer and Frank Lombardi. The relevant bit:

In a bid to make prosecutors more accountable for their actions, Chief Judge Sol Wachtler has proposed that the state scrap the grand jury system of bringing criminal indictments.

Wachtler, who became the state’s top judge earlier this month, said district attorneys now have so much influence on grand juries that “by and large” they could get them to “indict a ham sandwich.”

Meanwhile, just keep right on ignoring the fact that the Clintons pocketed tens of millions with their pay-to-play foundation, including millions from Russia to approve the selloff of 20 of US uranium, a true case of not only emolument but outright treason.

Projection alert...

I swear you people are fixated on the Clintons. If they committed a crime then they should be locked up. If Trump committed a crime, he should be locked up. Simple as that.

but she did commit crimes and isn't locked up. Perhaps you are just slow and ignorant, but that seems to be the crux of the anger the right has. You do remember Comey listing her crimes on TV for everyone to hear, yet recommended no charges? Yes, the Clinton's are the problem, and the solution is to prosecute her and let real justice take it's course.
