Fired FBI Director and Grand Savior of Hillary has been subpoenaed to testify in front of a House Committee as we all know by now.

So what does he do now?

He takes it to court trying to wiggle out 😆

Running out the clock till Democrats take control of that Committee !!!

What a brilliant tactic !! Bet he thought of it all by himself 😆

And he's been "slick" too with his "demands" to make the hearing public, knowing it can't be because of stuff "classified at the time" 🤦‍♀️

Comey Sues To Block Subpoena For House Deposition

Former FBI Director James Comey is asking a federal judge to block a subpoena for his closed-door testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.

The committee subpoenaed Comey on Nov. 21 to appear for a deposition Dec. 3 regarding his handling of the FBI investigations into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server and possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government.

Comey responded to the subpoena on Twitter, calling for a public hearing instead of a private interview.

Yeah, the man is calling for a PUBLIC hearing vs a PRIVATE one where Republicans can use his secret testimony as ammunition for their political rhetoric. A man calling for a PUBLIC hearing clearing isn't trying to hide anything. He's trying to stop the GOP from twisting his testimony for their own political gains knowing the public isn't privy to the BS they'll be spewing.

Comey told the committees he would not testify privately, but that he would be willing to appear for a public hearing to answer lawmakers’ questions.

Comey accuses the congressional panels that seek to interview him of selectively leaking information from “many -if not all – of the witnesses who have come before them” in an effort to cast the FBI as unfairly favoring Clinton while scorning President Donald Trump.

Comey also says the request to hold his interview behind closed doors violates House rules, which allow for private testimony only in specific circumstances – none of which apply here.

“The clear pattern of leaks and other comments by members of the joint committees make plain that the request for secrecy in these interviews is not about secrecy, but a mechanism to permit selective and biased exposure of testimonial snippets that appear to support a political narrative while at the same time withholding from view any testimony that undermines that narrative,” the motion states.

Xuen nailed it with the classified comment.

Yeah right... "my council informs me that the information is classified and/or would interfere with ongoing investigations."

We got enough of that crap on the Strzok hearing.
Fool me once, shame on me..

In a public hearing he can dodge questions by saying he can't answer that in public because it's classified. Or "I can't answer that in this setting"

Actually, the Russia collusion has never been my concern but I can see how a Trump supporter would assume everyone who isn't apart of his tribe must all think and want the same thing. In any case, I'm more concerned with Trump's actual crimes, like money laundering. I'm sure he's been doing it for Russia but it's not like Russia is the only state he'd do it for. He wants the money and will take it any way he can get it.

That said, with the Cohen news breaking today that Russian collusion is looking more and more realistic. So continue to keep your head in the sand as you praise Trump and attack all those who dare oppose him!

Well, we'll see how it plays out. Comey, the former head of the FBI, says a closed door testimony violates House rules so either he's lying or he's not, but a judge will make the final decision.

Again, a man who wants an open hearing has nothing to hide. What about that is sooooo hard to understand?

That's all Camp Trump has to demand a closed door hearing? That he can dodge questions cuz of classification? He can dodge questions in a private testimony as well, I assume. You know, pleading the Fifth and whatnot.

Let him have an public hearing and if his only answers are "I can't discuss that it's classified" then you guys will be right. And if that's the case, I suppose if it's appropriate then have a closed testimony afterwards.

But Comey's reasons for not wanting a close door session are very valid. I mean, come one guys, wouldn't you love to watch that on C-SPAN instead of hearing snippets from the GOP?

I don't see why they can't do both.
Address any classified testimony that comes up the next day or later in the day.

oh Swills.. you've got this wrong.

Comey wants a public hearing so everytime he's asked a tricky question he can say
'' thats classified i cannot talk about that in a public hearing ''

Comey knows he's been caught.. In a private closed doors hearing he has to answer.

Goodlatte has already responded to his request saying a full transcript will be released.

Personally, I think Goodlatte should tell him

'' We accept your request for a public hearing, we will hold a public hearing after we hold a private hearing ''

A man calling for a PUBLIC hearing clearing isn't trying to hide anything.

Horse sheat. He is insisting on a public hearing so congress won't have the opportunity to ask him classified questions he will have to answer under oath. He's covering his ass here. The guy is covered in dirt and doing what he can to prevent congress from finding out the truth. Don't be so naive.

The man is calling for sensitive classified information to be made public without due process. About par for the course with leftists really.

Damnit man.

You had a decent OP....

Then the source is daily caller.

Cherry on top is an image with Q implications.

Honestly, the content isn't half bad, you may be right about some of this....

But Q to finish off?

You could definitely make this look better.
