Do you mean good movies from the 80s or do you mean good 80s movies? (not necessarily the same thing!).

For example, Young Guns is a good movie from the 80s. However, Weekend at Bernie's is a good 80s movie........

Well I know what I'm doing today.

Gonna start with Highlander; it's probably been ten years since I've watched it. Long enough to forget the details if not the main narrative.

Awesome list!

Brain Dead

Bad Taste - because who doesn't love a movie about aliens harvesting humans like a kind of intergalactic pork scratching?

It is insane isn't it? And it's also one of the few movies that deserves a remake with modern cgi..........

If Pete had his Hobbit budget......

The 80's had some of the best action movies, so pretty much any action movie with any big(er) named actor. Hell, even the steven seagal 80's movies are good.

I saw a lot of good classics, that huge list on the last page had a few odd and cult titles listed(that are still great).

I'm surprised no one mentioned one of the oddest films that is dripping with 80's ridiculous amusement.

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai across the 8th dimension.

RoboCop is one of my favorites, the message is still relevant today. Also Where the buffalo roam. Kind of a prequel to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

ETA: Karate Kid and Masters of the Universe as well
