That argument has been debunk repeatedly by soberbacchus in this very thread.
Not much else I can really add... Except to say, it'll be an extremely slippery slope for the concept of freedom of the press, if this ban by Trump is accepted as legitimate by either the courts or the majority of citizens.

It does not support cnns case.
Nice, so you willingly choose self destruction regardless of what the courts say.

Well, I guess we'll find out very shortly whether the court agrees or not... for the record though, I stand by my opinion either way.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right that should be afforded to everyone born to this earth.
If defending that fundamental right results in "self destruction"... Well, so be it.

Holding a microphone hostage and pooping on it.... is not freedom of speech!
You will be politely asked to leave and if continue to resist, than an escort will remove you. Further resistance will result in an armed escort and most likely tasered at or on the nards, seared, not sucked.

When the POTUS tell you to sit down and STFU you sit down and STFU.
Or? What if the President tells me to STFU and sit down and I tell him to suck my nards?
But that isn't what happened, lol, leftist keep insisting its all about "tough questions", it's really a dumb cop out for leftist to run with because they can't seem to see this goes beyond that pitiful narrative.

The guy did his time and got his secret service clearance.
He deserves the right to scrutinize the president by asking legitimate questions... without the prospect or threat of being censored.

Hahaha... at least it won't be a total loss for CNN. They get first-hand reporting on this story.
I couldn't help but notice this little tidbit
The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday morning. It was docketed and assigned to Judge Timothy J. Kelly, a Trump appointee. CNN is seeking a preliminary hearing as soon as possible.
Yeah, this will go over like a lead balloon.
