I am a vet I am not offended, many military folks don't care about useless platitudes from any politicians.
You want to know what offends me, Democrats and your standard Republicans ignoring the corruption at the VA for decades allowing substandard care to directly cause the death of thousands over the years and we still cannot get rid of people that have proven their incompetence/corruption over and over again and yet they are still employed being paid by the tax dollars of the very people they are failing to take care of.
On second thought I’m glad he didn’t desecrate that sacred place. Who wants a draft dodger in their presence anyway?

So basically there was no point to this thread? You just wanted the world to watch you battle with yourself about your inner feelings you have about Trump?

Thus insulting veterans, the memory of the war dead, the entire French nation, and all of what were once America's closest friends and allies.
Now you care about military. You take every chance you get to take a knee and diss the military.

For the record, i don't care about any of that reverence nonsense.
But that being said, how can a political grouping that kneels during national anthems and burns flags have the moral temerity to even criticize this?
we still got GW Bush to cheerlead for the troops. He does it every chance he gets. I actually think he really does revere the military.

So both are negated now?
I wasn't a Kap fan, protesting while on the job leaves you prone to criticism, and rightfully so. You're getting paid to bring bad attention to an employer, not good.
That said, if you're gonna raise such a fuss about him not standing for an anthem, I find it odd you have no problem with the guy who raised such a stink about it skips two important ceremonies.
Further more, how many times has Trump gone to see troops overseas, I'll answer for you, he hasn't.
Just say I don't care what Trump does, it's a better look than being blatantly hypocritical.
