tRump skips trip to Arlington, thankfully the French didn’t.

Once again, twice in three days to be exact, the occupier of the White House failed to honor America’s war dead. I realize the right wingers won’t care as they only listen to what he says, and pay no attention to what he does, or in this case, doesn’t do.

It’s amazing to see just how far the right has sunk. I remember a time when placing the wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier was a big deal. Didn’t matter who was the president was.

I would like to take a moment to thank the French contingency who showed so much respect by laying the wreath instead.

Did tRump even take the the time to tweet about it? Or did he just offer up discounts on his made in china crap? On second thought I’m glad he didn’t desecrate that sacred place. Who wants a draft dodger in their presence anyway?

Except the French trip wasn't cancelled by the Secret Service.

It was too misty to fly in a helicopter, but they could have gone via the motorcade, as Presidents frequently do.

But Trump decided he didn't want to go in the motorcade, so he didn't go.

Thus insulting veterans, the memory of the war dead, the entire French nation, and all of what were once America's closest friends and allies.


But hey, yeah, I await with interest to see how Trump supporters defend their glorious leader on this one.
