They have to be sure I guess these days. I wouldn't want to fly in a helicopter in rainy conditions either. He doesn't seem to look too happy though. Then again, considering what the occasion is, I don't expect him to be laughing loudly.

There were security threats present at the location. Cell of 4 taken in custody for attempting to assassin Macron. Thus potential other threats present as well.
