Immigrants, Illegals or Not, cost Americans $70 billion in losses

The study challenges the assumption that immigration is like trade in that it is a net benefit both to the U.S. economy and immigrants' home nations.
The authors argue that the United States has a strong technological advantage over other nations and immigrants who come to this country to work have access to that technology, making them more competitive with native workers than they otherwise would be. In addition, the fact that immigrants are not living overseas and consuming American workers' products also hurts U.S. exports. "

Even the PC universities can see what "illegals" are doing to this country, even if they can't bring themselve to say it out loud.

Without leagal immigrants, America would not be the great nation it is today. We have so many cultures here blended together it has allowed our culture to spread across the world. Everyone can identify with some aspect of it. Complaining about the cost of legal immigrants is like the taxation of cigarettes to increase revenue. It's really short sighted. We may spend money initially, but what is returned in both culture, economy, law, and stability is infinitly more valuable than several tens of billions of dollars up front. Gotta spend money to make money, but in this case you have to spend money to make a great nation.

Perhaps if you could quell your hate for 'whiteie" you could find some logic. Perhaps if you lost your own "arrogance" you could find some logic. Any "contradictions" are in YOUR mind. The ENTIRE purpose of ATS is discussion, not everyone agreeing with each other. Now do you have anything constructive to add? Please do so or just move on.........Try proving logic against the data?
