I would try a weekend day. Perhaps every Saturday/Sunday summing up the weeks events. I think that you could get the most exposure that way.
If you're going for a daily thing than I think either first in the morning or around 6/7 at night.

Sometimes during the week, us working slobs are just too busy to focus and/or comment.

IMO, Friday nights. Go over all the Friday night dumps as well as the week.

However, if your viewership in any way relates to ATS on attendance, it will be low.
