You don't see the beams until you are at the casino. I worked there and you don't see them till you get like mile from the place. But this is Mystic Lake Casino in MN. Not a UFO

Its not moving. Its a reflection of lights on the ground.

I’m pretty sure I used to have an app on my phone that did that exact thing. It would add it to any video. You could adjust the brightness, contrast, and translucency of the object. It’s sole purpose was to add fake UFO’s to videos. It was fun and entertaining.

That footage is genuine BUT what is it, a light source reflecting from the cloud's being caste from the ground or as the guy say's and HE was there from above (or inside) the cloud's.

Makes you wonder if they made themselves look human and did a spot of shopping.

Yep, several apps out there that'll let you insert anything from flying saucers to lights to aliens into photos or videos.

Mystic lake , I’ve been there. They took all my money . That’s what casinos do to me usually. My friend calls it mistake lake.

Looks like spotlights shining up onto the clouds. Especially considering they didn't move. Several haunted houses in my town have spotlights hitting the skies right now.
